These Terms of Service govern your use of the Haven mobile application and related services provided by Haven Technologies LLC (“Haven Technologies,” “we,” or “us”). By using Haven, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

Haven is intended for people age 18 and older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Purpose of Haven

Haven offers AI-powered supportive conversation, journaling, and personal reflection features. AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Haven is not a licensed therapist, medical provider, crisis response service, or substitute for professional advice or human relationships.

Emergency situations

Do not rely on Haven for emergency assistance. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

Acceptable use

Use Haven lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to compromise the app, access other users’ accounts or data, or misuse the service in ways that could harm others or disrupt operations.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process that content as necessary to operate the features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI responses will always meet your expectations.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion in the app through Profile → Account Management, or contact [email protected] if you cannot access your account. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haven is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
